Event Description

Shelter Dubai will host a panel discussion on food and farming in the United Arab Emirates. We will bring together a panel of experts representing restaurateurs and distributors, including Organic Foods and Cafe, N_K_D Pizza and Baker and Spice, who source local produce for their menus and stores to discuss the role of food in our community. We will focus on uncovering what we eat and where it comes from, how we can play an active role in demanding a sustainable food supply chain and where opportunities abound for food entrepreneurs.
